   that the Said Plt Should obtain Judgment against the
   Said Deft~ in the Said Accon of Trespass upon the
   Case and the Said Deft the Condemnation afd Should
   not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of
   Said County deliver or that the Said William Glanvi[lle]

And Whereupon the Said Plt by Thoms
   Bowne his attry Complains for that whereas the afd Deft~ ye twenty —
   eighth day of June Anno Domi Seventeen hundred and fifteen—
   at S.t Pauls Parish in Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this
   Court had received of divers Severall Persons Severall Sumes of Tobo. upon
   the Accot. and to the proper use of the Said Plt in the whole Amount:
  :ing to the Sume of four hundred & forty pounds of Tobacco in an Accot
   hereto Annexed Shewn In Consideration whereof the Said Deft~ —
   afterwds vizt the afd twenty eighth day of June in ye Year afd at Kent
   County afd within the Jurisdiciõn afd upon himself assumed and to -
   the Said Plt then & there last Said faithfully Promised that he ye
   Said Deft~ the afd four hundred and forty pounds of Tobo. unto the Said
   Plt. when thereunto required would well and truly Account for & pay
   and that whereas also the afd Deft~ afterwards vizt. the fifteenth day
   if August Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and fifteen at the Parish
   afd in the County afd within ye afd Jurisdicõn in Consideration that
   the afd Plt then and there last Said keeping an Inn and house of —
   Pulbick Entertainmt. had at the Special instance and request of the
   Said Deft~ then and there last Said Sold and delivered to the Said Deft~
   divers licquors and Accomodated the Said Deft~ with divers diets (of —
   Several foods) and lent the Said Deft~ one Shilling Currant money of
   Maryland and laid out Expended & paid to Severall persons the Sume
   of Nine Shillings & nine pence Currant money of Maryland and done
   for the Said Deft~ divers Services and also Sold and delivered to the
   Said Defts divers Goods & Merchandizes all to the proper use & behoofe
