44 August Court 1716 which was granted and that he be kept in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Special bayle After which Thomas Cooke and Robert Standfield both of this County here in Court came and acknowledges themselves as Speciall bayle in the above Accõn and they and either of them do undertake the payment of the Debt afd and Cost thereon accruing if in Case the afd Plt Shall obtaine Judgment against the Said Deft~ in the Said Accõn of Debt and the Said Deft~ the Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himself to the Custody of the Sherf. of Said County deliver or that they the Said Thomas Cooke or Robt~ Standfield or either of them the body of the said George Hill Shall not render &ca. After which the afd [Plt] by Thomas Bowne his attry comes and defends the force and Injury &ca. And Saveing to himselfe all manner of advantages and Exceptions as well to the writ afd as to the Decln of him the Said Plt prays liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to . answ.r at next Court which is granted the Same day is given the Plt~ in like manner
