   afd Sume of two pounds Nineteen Shillings & three pence Currant money &
   two hundred and tenn pounds of Tobacco Damages and also the Sume of
   two hundred and thirty four pounds of Tobacco Cost byhim about his —
   Suite in this behalfe Expended [&?] by ye Court here of his assent adjudged
   against the Goods & Chattells Rights & Credits of the afd Deft~ John Hodges
   have an Attachment according to Act of Assembly made in relation —

attry prays Spl. bayle which is granted and that he
   be kept in Safe Custody by Wm Ffrisby Sherf of Said County untill he Shall
   give Spl bayle as afd
    Amos Garrett | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County -
             at | the twentieth day of June in the Second year
    George Hill— | of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca. That he take

[George] Hill of Kent County boatright otherwise called
   Geo Hill of Ann Arundell County Shipright if he Should be found in—
   his baylwick & him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said
   Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town
   of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Amos Garrett the full and just~.
   Sume of Twenty Seven pounds Eight Shillings and two pence Currant—
   money of Maryland which to him he owes and from him unjustly
   detains &ca. And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.
     Att which Said next Court vizt. this twenty first day of August the .
   Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came Willm.
   Ffrisby Gent- high Sherf of Sd County and made return thereof in these
   words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf
   And now at this Court Came the afd Plt by James Earle his attry
   and the Said Deft~. being called Came   And the afd Plt by his afd attry
   prays that the Said Deft~. might give Special bayle to ye afd Accon
