   County to Answer unto Peter Williams of a plea of Trespass upon the Case and that he
   have then and there the Said writ &ca.    .    .      Att which Said next Court vizt.
   the nineteenth day of June in the Second year of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca.
   the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent- high Sherf of Said —
   County and made return thereof in these words thereon endrosed as folls-
   vizt.   Non Est Inventus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf——
    Likewise Command was given to the Sherf of Kent County ye
   twentieth day of June in the Second Year of his Lord Ships Domion:
   &ca. that he take John Hodges of Kent County Mariner if he Should be found
   in his Baylwick & him safe keep So that he have his body before his Said
   Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the~
   Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Peter Williams of a plea
   of Trespass upon the Case and that he have then and there the Said -
   writ~ &ca.  .  .  .   Att which Said next Court viz.t~ the Twenty first day of -
   August the Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ~
   Came William Frisby Gent- high Sherf of Said County and made return
   thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt.   Non Est Inventus
   pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf And now at this Court Came the afd Plt by Thoms
   Bowne his attry and Saith that the Act of assembly made in relation
   to Such as absents is complyed with and this being Such a person prays.
   that Judgment may for An Attachmt. be granted for the Account folls viz
   Capt John Hodges is     Dr——      pr Contra Cr—

     By a Galln of Rum—— £—  ,,5,,—
   To two months wages £ 3,,15,,—      By money you were to    } [— 1,,5,,]—

     pay Christopher Bateman} —————

                          Errors Excepted pr Peter  P  Williams      Apl 16th 1716 ——

   The above accot. proved in due forme before me Thomas Smyth one of his —
   Majtys of the Provintiall Court                                                    Tho+ Smyth[e]
   the balle being forty five Shills. Currant money prays an Attachment~
   for the Same with Cost thereon accruing Therefore it is Considered by
   the Court here viz this Twenty first day of August Anno Domini one——
   Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen that for the afd Sume of forty
   five Shillings Damages and the Sume of two hundred and Twenty Seven
   pounds of Tobacco Cost on the premises that the Said Plt have an Attach:
   :ment against the Goods and Chattells Rights and Credits of the afd Deft~
   John Hodges &ca ———————
