   on he brings Sute &ca. TBowne pr Querr pls. Jno Doe & Richd Roe
    And the Said Deft~ being called Came and the Said Plt. by his afd attry.
   prays that. the Said Deft~. might give Special baile to the afd Accõn which
   is granted and that he be kept in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Special
   baile as afd :   After which Nathaniel Pearce of Said County here in Court
   came and Acknowledged himselfe as Special baile in the afd Accõn and
   doth undertake for the afd Deft~. the payment of the Debt afd and Cost~
   thereon accruing if in Case the afd Plt Shall obtaine Judgment agst.
   the Said Deft in the Said Accõn of Debt and the Said Deft~. the—
   Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of—
   the Sherf. of Said County deliver or that the afd Nathaniel Pearce the
   body of the Said Deft~ Shall not render &ca.
    And the Said Deft~. in his proper person appears to the afd Accõn &
   Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Accõn afd of him the Said Plt. nor
   but that the bill obligatory above mentioned is his Act and deed
   and that he oweth unto the afd Plt. the afd Sume of Seven hundred
   pounds of Tobacco and is willing that Judgment Should be entered for
   the Same and Cost thereon accruing : . .   Therefore it is Con:
   :sidered by the Court here vizt. this Twentieth day of March Anno
   Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen That the
   afd Plt Edward Skinner do Recover against the Said Deft~ Tobert~.
   Gray as well the afd Sume of Seven hundred pounds of Tobacco —
   Debt as also the Sume of Three hundred and one pounds of Tobacco
   Cost by the afd Plt. about his Suite in this behalfe Expended and by
   the Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft~. in mercy
   &ca.
