   Sherf of Said County deliver or that the afd Charles Smith the body of

    and the Said Deft~ by Michael Howard his att^ry. appears to the afd
   Accõn and prays liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to Answer at~
   next Court which is granted the Same day is given the Plts also ———

George Gleaves -	\|	County greeting wee Command You that you—

   Planter if he Shold be found in his Bailywick and him Safe keep To that
   he have his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to
   be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to -
   Satisfie unto William Smith as well the Sume of Six hundred Seventy
   Eight pounds of Tobacco damages upon Judgment Recovered by the
   afd Plt. against the Said Deft~ before the Justices of our Said Court~.
   on the twenty first day of November Instant~ whereof he is Convict~
   as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Three hundred Sixty
   Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost of Sute as also together with the Sume
   of forty Six pounds of Tobacco additionall Cost hereof faile not at your
   perill and have you then and there this writ witness Nathaniel
   Hynson Gent~. chiefe Justice of our Said Court this 23^d day of November in
   the Second year of our Dominion &c^a. Anno Domⁱ 1717

   year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon—
