   or that the afd Edward Scott. the body of the Said Deft Shall not render
   &ca.  .  .   And this Court gives a rule to the afd Deft that he plead
   to the afd Accon by the Twentieth day of March instant~ in the morning
   otherwise Judgment to be rendered for want of a plea    but afterwards
   the Said Deft~ came into Court and in his proper person appeared
   to the afd Accõn and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Accon afd
   of him the Said Plt. nor but that the writing obligatory above—
   mentioned is his Act and deed and is willing that Judgment Should
   be entered for the Same and Cost thereon Accruing =   Therefore it is
   Considered by the Court here vizt. this Twentieth day of March Annoqe
   Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen That the Said
   Plt. William Frisby do recover against the Said Deft Richard —
   Fullston as well the afd Sume of five Thousand and Sixty pounds
   of Tobacco Debt as also the Sume of four hundred and Eleven pounds
   of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt about his Sute in this behalfe Expended
   and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft~ in mercy

                at | to the afd Accon and Came and defends ye force & Injury when &ca.

   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Exceptions as well to ye Plts Decln as to ye writ afd prays liberty
   thereof to imparle thereto and to Answer at next Court which is granted ye Same day is —
   given the Plt~ also
   His Lordship & James | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
    Harris ——— | the Twenty third day of November in the Second
               at | Year of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca. That he take
   Sarah Jewers —         | Sarah Jewers of Kent County Widow if She Should be
   found in his Bailywick and him safe keep So that he have his body before
   his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in
   the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto the Right Honourable
   ye Lord Proprietor of this Province and James Harris who as well for the
   Sd Lord Prprietor as for himselfe followeth of a plea that She render to the Said
   Lord Proprietor and the Same James Harris the Sume of Two Thousand pounds
   of Merchantable Tobacco of the value of Twenty pounds Sterling money -
   which to the Sd Lord Proprietor and the Same James Harris She unjustly ——
   detains &ca. And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which
   Said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth day of March the Same Year last~ —
   mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent high
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon—
