   Errors Excepted pr Edw Mitchell—
   And the afd Plt~ by his attry Prays Judgment for Attachment~ in the afd.
   Accõn for that the Said Deft is runaway So that there is no likelyhood of~
   Getting the Tobacco in the Accõn afd = Therefore it is Considered by -
   the Court here vizt. this Twentieth day of March Anno Domini one—
   Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen That the afd Plt Gilbert—
   Higginson Have an Attachment against the Goods and Chattells
   Rights and Creditts of the afd Deft John Heathcott as well for
   the afd Sume of Six hundred thirty Seven pounds of Tobo
   Damages as also the Sume of Two hundred Eighty Three—
   pounds of Tobacco Cost by the Said Plt. about his Sute in this
   behalfe Expended &ca ——

   John Cooper~ | the Second Year of his Lord Ships Dominion

   Planter if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him Safe keep So
   that he have his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next
   Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said
   County to Answer unto William Frisby late high Sherf of Kent County
   of a plea of Trespass of the Case And that he have then and there the Sd
   writ &ca. . . .    Att which Said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth
   day of March the Same Year last mentioned the day of return of Said
   writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent~. high Sherf of Said County and —
   made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt Cepi
   Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf . &nbps; .   And A Decln being filed when
   Said writ Issue dforth. and a Copy thereof Served therewith according
   to Act of Assembly in Such Case made was as folls vizt Kent County Ss John~
   Cooper of Kent County Planter Stands attaiched to Answer unto William~
   Ffrisby late high Sheriff of Kent County of a plea of Trespass of the Case~
    And Whereupon the afd Plt~ by Thomas Bowne his attry Complain:
  :eth that Whereas the afd Deft~ the third day of Janry in the year of our
