   and the Said Deft appeared in his proper person to the afd Accõn and
   Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Accõn afd of him the Said Plt. nor but that~
   the writing obligatory above mentioned is his Act and deed and is —
   willing that Judgment Sould be Enterd for the Same Sums in the Decln
   mentioned and Cost thereon accruing Therefore it is Considered by
   the Court here vizt. this Twentieth— day of March Annoque Domini
   one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen That the afd Plt~ —
   William Fitz Redmond do Recover against the afd Deft~ Dennis
   Sullivane as well the afd Sume of One Thousand pounds of~
   Tobacco Debt as also the Sume of Two hundred fifty five pounds
   of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt. about his Sute in this behalfe—
   Expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the
   Said Deft~ in mercy &ca

   Gilbert Higginson | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent~
                at | County the Twenty third day of November
   John Heathcott~    | in the Second Year of his Lord Ships Dominion
   &ca. that he take John Heathcott of Kent County Planter if he Should
   be found in his Bailwick and him Safe So that he have his
   body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court~ to be held at our
   Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Gilbert~
   Higginson of London Mercht. of a plea of Trespass of the Case And that he
   have then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt. the
   Eighteenth day of March the Same Year last. mentioned the day of return
   of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Said County &
   made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt C Non
   Est Inventus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf. . And A Decln being —
   fild when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy thereof Served therewith
   according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made was as folls vizt
   Kent County Ss John Heathcott of Kent County Planter Stands Attached
   to Answer unto Gilbert Higginson of a plea of Trespass of the Case
   and Whereupon the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry Complaineth
   for that Whereas the afd Deft the forth day of December in the
   year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen
   at St Pauls Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court
   In Consideration that the afd Plt. at the Special Instance and —
   request of the afd Deft~ had then and there Sold and delivered
   unto the afd Deft~ and to the proper use and behoofe of ye afd Deft~ divers
