   money and thereupon he brings Sute &c^a. TBowne p^r Quer^r Pledges &c^a ^{Jn^o} & ^Doe

   And the Said Deft~. being called Came And the Said Plt~. by his att^ry afd prays
   that the Said Deft~ may give Special baile to the afd Accõn which is —
   granted and that he be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of Said County
   untill he Shall give Special baile as afd And the Said Deft~ also
   Saith that he cannot gainsay the Accõn afd of him the Said Plt~ nor
   but that the writing obligatory above mentioned is his Act and
   deed and is willing that Judgment Should be entered for the Sume
   above mentioned and the Cost accruing: Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here viz^t. this Twentieth day of March Anno Domini
   One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen that the afd Plt~
   William Frisby do recover against~ the Said Deft~ Laughlin Flinn
   as well the afd Sume of Three Thousand Seventy Six pounds of
   good bright & Sound Tobacco Debt as also the Sume of four
   Hundred and Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt~.
   About his Sute in this behalfe Expended and by the Court here
   of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft~ in mercy —
   Dnail Pirkins of this County in court comes and acknowledges
   himselfe Special baile in the above Accõn and doth under .
:take for the afd Deft~ the payment of the Debt afd and Cost thereon
   accruing if the Deft doth not pay it himselfe nor Shall not deliver
   himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County or that the Said
   Daniel Pirkins the body of the Said Deft Shall not render &c^a.

Dennis Sullivane	\|	Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
a^t	\|	the twenty third day of November in
Richard Fulston	\|	the Second Year of his Lord Ships Dominion
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~		&c^a. That he take Richard Fullstone of~

   Kent County Cooper ali^s Dic^s Richard Fullston of Kent County in y^e —
   Province of Maryland Cooper if he Should be found in his Bailywick
   and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Lordships
   Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town—
   of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Denis Sullivane of a plea
   that he render him the just & full Sum of Six hundred pounds of~
   good Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco clear of all manner of trash
   and ground leaves in Cask of y^e value of Six pounds Sterling money
   which he unjustly detains &c^a. And that he have then and there the
   Said writ &c^a. Att which Said next Court viz^t. the Eighteenth day -
   of March the Same Year last mentioned the day of return of Said :
