   Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen That the afd Plt Henry——
   Hendrickson do recover against the Said Deft William Thornton
   as well the afd Sume of ffour hundred and Seventy pounds of—
   Tobacco Debt~. as also the Sume of Two hundred fifty Seven——
   pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt. about his Sute in this ——
   behalfe Expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged
   and the Said Deft~. in mercy——

   William Frisby | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the——
                at | Twenty third day of November in the Second Year of his
   John Moll — | Lordships Dominion &ca That he take John Moll of~

Kent County Labourer alis Dic< s Jno: Moll of Kent Coty &
   Province if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him Safe keep So that
   he have his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the peace of the
   next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said —
   County to Answer unto William Frisby of a plea tha the render to him ye
   full and Just Sume of Eighteen pounds ten Shillings Currant money of
   ye Province afd which to him he oweth and from him unjustly detain:
  :eth &ca. And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which
   Said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth day of March the Same Yeareen
   last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent~
   high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon
   Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr S:Wilmer Sherf   And A Decln being
   fild when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy thereof Served therewith —
   according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made was as folls vizt. Kent~
   County in Maryland Ss John Moll of Kent County Labourer alis Dics Jno.
   Moll of Kent County Labourer alis Dics Jno Moll of Kent Coty: & Province
   afforesaid was Summoned to Answer unto William Ffrisby of a plea—
   that he render to him ye full & just Sum of Eighteen pounds ten Shillings
   Currant money of ye province afd which to him he oweth and from
   him unjustly detaineth &ca. And whereupon the afd Plt. by Thomas
   Bowne his attry Saith that whereas the afd Deft~. the Eleventh day -
   of June Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Seventeen at St.
   Pauls Parish in Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court~.
