   339                                  March Court 1717
   at Chester River as afd of the afd value of fifteen pounds Currant money
   afd to the afd Ricahrd hath not paid but the Same to him to pay —
   hitherto hath refused and Still doth refuse to y^e damage of the Said
   Richard Twenty and five pounds Curr^t~. money afd & Therefore he brings
   this Suite &c^a. and also brings into Court y^e bill obligatory afd whose
   date is the day & year first above written which Testifieth the —
   debt afd —       Earle p^r Quer^r Pledges &c^a. Jn^o Doe R^d. Roe —
   And the Said Deft being Called Came And the Said Plt by his afd att^ry
   prays that the Said Deft. may give Speciall baile to the afd Accõn which
   was granted And that he be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of S^d
   County untill he Shall give Special baile as afd. And the Said Deft~
   came into Court againe and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the —
   Accõn afd of him the Said Plt. nor but that the bill obligatory above~
   mentioned is his Act and deed and that he oweth unto the Said
   Plt as afd above mentioned and is willing that Judgment Should
   be entered for the Same and Cost thereon Accruing : Therefore it is
   Considered by the Court here viz^t. this Twentieth day of March—
   Annoqe Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen~
   That the afd Plt Richard Tilghman do recover against the Said
   Deft Daniel Whalley as well the afd Sume of Thirteen hundred —
   Eighty two pounds of Tobacco Debt as also the Sume of Three —
   hundred and Eighteen pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt. about~
   his Suite in this behalfe Expended and by the Court here of his assent
   adjudged and the Said Deft~ in mercy &c^a.

Richard Gough	\|	Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
a^t	\|	the Twenty third day of November in the Second
Robert Mackey —	\|	Year of his Lord Ships Dominion &c^a. That he
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~	\|	take Robart Mackey late of Kenty County Planter

   als Dic^s Robert Mackey of Kent County if he Shall be found in his Bailywick
   and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices
   of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Sd —
   County to Answer unto Richard Gough of a plea that he render unto him the
   Sum of Six hundred pounds of good Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco of the
   value of five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine which from him
   he unjustly detains &c^a. And that he have then and there the Said writ &c^a.
   Att which Said next Court viz The Eighteenth day of March the Same Yeare
