   and forme as in Said Accos. Set forth of which the Said Deft~ by the afd Plt~
   then and there last mentioned had Notice Nevertheless the afd Deft his Severall
   Promises and assumptions afd in forme afd made as to the afd Severall Sumes
   of Tobacco which in the whole Amounts unto the Sume of Two Thousand
   one hundred and Sixty pounds of Tobacco he hath not minded nor in any
   wise kept but Altho’ he the Said Deft~ hath paid and Satisfied to him the
   Said Plt. to the value of four hundred and Sixty three pounds of Tobacco
   of the afd Two Thousand one hundred & Sixty one pounds of Tobacco -
   Part Yet the afd Deft~ his promises and assumptions afd as to the Sume
   of Sixteen hundred and ninety Seven pounds of Tobacco of the afd Two —
   Thousand one hundred and Sixty pounds of Tobacco residue litle regarding
   but plotting and fraudulently intending him the Said Plt. of the afd Summe
   of Sixteen hundred and ninety Seven pounds of Tobacco Craftily to deceive &-
   defraud the Said Sixteen hundred and ninety Seven pounds of Tobacco the
   Same Deft~. to him the Said Plt. hath not paid nor made Content for the
   Same altho’ to pay the Same he the Said Deft~ upon the Seventeenth day of
   October in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen
   and often after at the Parish County & Jurisdiciõn afd by the Said Plt~ was .
   thereunto required but he the Said Deft the afd Sume of Sixteen hundred
   and ninety Seven pounds of Tobacco to the Said Plt. to pay or Content for
   the Same hitherto hath denied and Still doth denie to the damage of him
   the Said Plt. Two Thousand pounds of like Tobacco afd and Thereupon—
