   afd and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith they
   acknowledge themselves Content~ —#&151
   ordered by the Court here that Joseph Wheeldon enter into Recognizance
   for his appearance to next Court as prosecutor on his Lord Ships behalfe-
   against the afd John Jones .
   Joseph Wheeldon acknowledges himselfe indebted to his Lord Ship his
   heires and Successors in the full and Just Sume of Twenty pounds Sterling
   to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements condi:
   tionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next
   Court to be held for Said County to Prosecute on his Lord Ships —
   behalfe against the afd John Jones wherewith he acknowledges —
   himselfe content~
   ordered by the Court here that Edward Williams as an Evidence on
   his Lord Ships behalfe agst. the afd John Jones enter into Recoge-
   Edward Williams afd comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe
   indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the full and
   Just Sume of Tenn pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his goods & Chattells
   Lnads and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personal
   appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County to give his —
   Evidence on his Lord Ships behalfe against the afd John Jones
   wherewith he is Content~ ——
   His Majestie | The afd Thomas entred into Recognizance in March
           at | Court Anno Domi one Thousand Seven hundred & fourteen
   Thomas Bowne | the Same Court by adjournment was held the nififth day
   ~~~~~~~~~~~ | of Aprill following and from Court to Court was Continued
   untill this present Court and now at this Court the afd Thomas in his -
   proper person appears to the Same   ordered by the Court here that the Sd
   Thomas be discharged from the Same Recognizance taken at the time
   afd as also his Surties Recognizance for his appearance
   Thomas Bowne afd his Recognizance taken in the Same Court afd
   in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling to be Leveyed &ca for the use of his
   Said Majestie for his appearance to the then next Court in Course to Answer
   unto a Certain Indictment found against^himby the Grand Jury for assaulting
   of a [certain] Benjamin Gatchell And now at this Court no person Shewing
   any cause why the afd Recognizance Should not be discharged This Court
   here discharges the Same
   Michael Hackett & James Smith at the Same time afd Entred into
   Recognizance in the Sume of five pds Streling Each to be Leveyed &ca for ye.
   use of his Said Majestie for the appearance of the afd Thomas Bowne
   to answer as afd and now at this Court The Same Recognizances each
   of them are discharged and now at this Court viz this twenty first day
   of August Anno Domi one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen Came
