    32                                 August Court 1716
   grand Jury for Stealing the Goods of a certain Philip Pryer and that in
   the mean time She was to be of good behaviour And now at~.
   this Court as the Same was Continued from last Court to this Court~ and
   at this Court no person Shewing any cause why the afd Recognizance
   Should not be discharged This Court here discharges the Same Recogn[e]
   James Brewer at last March Court as afd entred into Recognizance
   in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg. to be Leveyed as afd for the
   appearance of the afd Elenor Kendall & She to Answer as afd & that
   in the mean time She was to be of good behaviour The Same was
   Continued as afd from last June Court to this Court And now at this
   Court the Same Recognizance is by this Court here discharged &ca
   ordered by the Court here that the Said Elenor Kendall Enter .
   into Recognizance for her appearance to the next Court to Answer unto
   a certain presentment found by the Grand Jury for Stealing the goods -
   of a certain Philip Pryer
   The afd Elenor Kendall comes into Court and Acknowledges herselfe
   indebted to his Lord Ship his heirs and Successors in the full and Just Sume
   of tenn pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on her goods and Chattells Lands
   and Tenements Conditionally that if She do not make her personall —
   unto a certain presentment found against^herfor Stealing the goods of
   a Certain Philip Pryer and that in the mean time She was to be~
   of good behaviour — wherewith the afd Elenor acknowledges herselfe
   to be content~
   His Lord Ship | The afd John Jones is ordered to enter into
           at | Recognizance for his appearance to next Court~—
   John Jones | John Jones afd Comes into Court and acknowledges
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | himselfe [in]debted to his Lord Ship his heires &
   Successors in the Sume of Twenty pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on
   his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements conditionally that if he
   do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to answer unto —
   what Shall be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalfe —
   and in the mean time to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges
   himselfe to be content
   George Sanders & John Mackey both of this County comes into Court~ &
   acknowledges themselves indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors
   in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling each to be Leveyed on their goods
   & Chattells Land and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd John Jones
   Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to Answer as afd
