   Seven hundred and Twenty three pounds of Tobacco Damages as also the
   Sume of Two hundred Seventy Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost have an
   attachment against the goods and Chattells Rights & Creditts of the
   afd Deft~. Patrick Ninance &ca

   John Maning — | of November in the Second Year of his
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Lord Ships Dominion &ca. That he take
   John Maning of Kent County Planter alis Dics John Maning of Kent
   Cony Planter if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him—
   Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Lord Ships
   Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of
   Chester in Said County to Answer unto Charles Smith of a plea that
   he render unto him ye full & Just Sum of one Thousand pounds of good -
   every way well Condishoned Tobacco of ye price and value of Eight pounds
   Sterlg money wch. from him he unjustly detains &ca. And that he have
   then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt.
   the Eighteenth day of March the Same Year last mentioned the
   day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent~. high Sherf of
   Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed
   as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus p S:Wilmer Sherf . .   And A Decln being
   fild when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy thereof Served therewith
   According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made was as folls vizt Kent County
   Ss. John Maning of Kent County Planter alis Dics John Maning of Kent~
   Cony Planter was Summoned to Answer unto Charles Smith of a plea
   that he render unto him ye. full & Just Sum of one Thousand pounds of
   good every way well Conditioned Tobacco of ye price and value of Eight~
   pounds Sterlg money wch. from him he unjustly detains &ca.
      And Whereupon the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attry Saith that-
   whereas the afd Deft the Twenty nineth day of Febry in the Year of our
   Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen at St. Pauls Parish
   in Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his certain—
   Bill obligatory which he the Said Deft Sealed with his Seale and as
   his deed delivered hereinto Court brought the date whereof is the Same
   day and Year afd bound himselfe his heires Exr. Administrators or
   assigns to pay or cause to be paid unto the afd Plt the afd full and
   Just Sume of one Thousand pounds of good every way well Conditioned
   Tobacco of the afd price and value of Eight pounds Sterlg at or on the
