   And now at this Court came the afd Plt~. by his attry afd and Saith
   that the afd Deft is goon out of the Province and Prays that the afd Plts
   by Mr. Michael Miller their factor may prove the above Accot. on which
   the afd Michael Miller comes into Court and takes his Corporall Oath
   on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God and Saith that the Accot afd
   against the Said Deft~ is Just and true as above Stated and that the
   Said Deft~ is indebted to the afd Plts the afd Sume of one Thousand .
   Seven hundred and Twenty three pounds of Tobacco . And the Said Plts
   by their Attry afd prays Judgment for an Attachment against the goods
   and Chattells of the afd Deft~. for the afd Sume: Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here vizt this Twentieth day of March Anno Domini One
   Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen That the afd Plts Samuel Peale
   and John Carpenter and Company for the afd Sume of one Thousand
