   Said James Smith the body of the Said Christopher Young Shall not render
   &ca After which the afd Christopher Young comes into Court and in his pro:
  :per person and appeared to the afd Accõn And Saith that he Cannot~
   gainsay the Accõn afd of him the Said Plt nor but that the bill ——
   obligatory above mentioned is his Act and deed and that he oweth
   unto the afd Plt. the afd Sume of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco
   and is willing that Judgment Should be entered for the Same &
   Cost thereon Accruing = Therefore it is Considered by the Court
   here vizt. this Twentieth day of March Anno Domini One Thousand
   Seven hundred and Seventeen That the Said Plt Thomas Rush do recover
   against the Said Deft~ Christopher Young as well the afd Sume of Six
   hundred pounds of Tobacco Debt as also the Sume of Three hundred
   and Nine pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt. About his Sute in
   this behalfe Expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged
   And the Said Deft~. in mercy &ca

   Charles Newman . | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent~
             at | County the Twenty third day of November in
   Richard Marshall | the Second Year of his Lord Ships Dominion

&ca. That he take Richard Marshall of Kent County
   Planter alis Dics Richard Marshall of Cent County Planter if he Shall
   be found in his Bailywick & him Safe keep So that he have his body before
   his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house
   at the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Charel Nunam of —
   a plea that he render to him the Just an full Sum of five Hundred and -
   fifty pounds of good Sound Maranable Leafe Tobacco Clear of Ground lafes
   and all manner Trach and Cask to Contain ye Same of the value of four
   pds Sterlg wch. from him he unjustly detains &ca And that he have then and
   there the Said writ &ca.   Att which Said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth
   day of March the Same Year last mentioned the day of return of Said —
   writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent~ high Sherf of Said County and made
   return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus
   pr S:Wilmer Sher:   And the Said Deft being Called Came And the afd
   Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attry Prays the Court here that the Said Deft
   might give Speciall baile to the afd Accõn which is granted And that he
