   The afd John Jones his Recognizance taken at last Court in the Sume of Twenty
   pounds Sterling to be Leveyed &ca. if he did not make his personall appearane
   at next Court to Answer unto what Should be objected against him on his —
   Lord Ships behalfe and that in the mean time he was to be of good beha:
 :viour And now at this Court no person Shewing any cause why the Same
   Should not be discharged This Court here discharges the Same Recognize.
   John Clayton & John Mackey their Recognizances at the Same time
   afd in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg each to be Leveyed as afd if he
   afd John Jones Should not appear and answer as afd and that he was to
   be of good behaviour This Court here discharges the Same Recognizances
   each of them——
   Joseph Wheeldon as prosecutor enterd into Recognizance at the Same
   time as afd. The afd Joseph Wheeldon in his proper person appeared
   to the Same ordered by the Court here that the afd Joseph’s Recognizance
   be discharged —
   Joseph Wheeldon afd entered into Recognizance at the Same time afd in
   the Sume of Twenty pounds Sterlg. to be Leveyd &ca. if in case he did not—
   make his personall appeare. at the then next Court to prosecute on his Lord Ships
   behalfe against the afd John Jones This Court here discharges the Same
   Recognizance
   Edward Williams as an Evidence on his Lord Ships behalfe against~
   the afd John Jones at the Same time afd entrd into Recognizance for
   his appearance to this Court~. The Same Edward at this Court comes in
   his proper person and appears to the Same Recognizance   ordered by the
   Court here that the afd Edward be discharged from his Recognizance
   Edward Williams afd his Recognizance taken in the Sume of tenn~
   pounds Sterling to be Leveyd as afd taken at the Same time as afd for
   his appearance to this Court as an Evidence on his Said Lord Ships behalfe
   against the afd John Jones This Court here discharges the Same Recognize
   His Lord Ship — | The afd Elenor En[tr]ed into Recognizance for her
        — at — | appearance to La[st] Court And from Same Court—.
   Elenor Kendall | Continued unti[ll] this Court   And   now at this Court
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | The afd Elenor in her proper person appears to
   the Same   ordered by the Court here that the Said Elenor[’]s Recoge
   taken at last March Court for her appearance to last June Court and
   from that time Continued untill this Court   be discharged as also her
   Sureties Recognizance for appearance be also Discharged
   Elenor Kendall afd her Recognizance taken at last March Court
   afd in the Same tenn pounds Sterling to be Leveyed &ca. Conditionally
   that if She did not make her personall appearance at then next Court
   to answer unto a certain presentment found against her by the—
