March Court 1717 312 whereof he is Convict as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Three hundred fifty two pounds of Tobacco Cost of Sute and for that Execution have not thereupon Yett Issued wee Therefore Command You that by good and Law: full men of your Bailywick you make known unto the Said John Cockram that he be and appear before the Justices of our next Court Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in November next to Shew cause if any he have— why Execution Should not Issue forth against him for the debt and Cost in the Judgment afd Specified and how you Shall Execute this writ that you make known unto the Justices of our Said Court at~ the day and place afd hereof you are not to faile at your perill — and have you then and there the names of the persons before— whom you Shall make the Same known and this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gentleman chiefe Justice of our Said Court this Twenty Second day of August in the Second Year of our Dominion &ca. Nihill pr SWilmer Sh[erf] as also another Siri facias Issued as folls vizt Charles absolute Lord and Proprietarie of the province of Maryland and Avalon Lord — Baron of Baltemore &ca. To the Sherf of Kent County greeting Whereas at a Court held at our Court House on Chester River in the Town of Chester in Said County on the fifteenth day of November in the Year ofour Lord Christ One Thousand Seven hundred & fifteen before James Harris — Gent~. and his associates then Justices of the peace for our Lord King George for the County afd in Court Judicially Sitting then held for Kent County in a cause then and there depending Between Renatus Smith of Queen Ans County Gent Plt. and John Cockram of Kent County Planter alis Dics Jno Cockram of Kent County Planter Deft the Said Plt recovered Judgment against the Said John Cockram as well for the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco Certain Debt whereof he is Convict as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Three hundred fifty two pounds of Tobo.
