   chiefe Justice of our Said Court this Twenty third day of November in the
   Second Year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domi 1717 TBowne pr Querr Jams Smith Clk
   Att which Said next Court vizt. the Eigtheenth day of March the Same Year last
   mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent~. high Sherf
   of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon endrosed
   as folls vizt. These are to certifie to the Justices within mentioned that by vertue
   of the within Writt to me directed I have made known unto the within —
   named Robert Maxwell that he be and appear at the time and place .
   within mentioned to Shew cause if any he has why Execution Should
   not Issue forth against him for the damages and Cost in the Judgment~
   within mentioned obtained against him by the within named —
   Thomas Taylor before Abraham Ambrose and John Inch good &
   Lawfull men of my Bailywick &ca. And So Answers

   And Now at this Court came the afd Plt. by his attry afd and prayd
   that Judgment on the Siri facias afd may be entered if no cause Shewn
   to the Contrary And no person coming in to Shew cause why Execution
   Should not Issue on the Same by which the Plt might Still remain
   undefended : :   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this
   Twentieth day of March Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred
   and Seventeen That for the afd Sume of ffour hundred Ninety four
   pounds of Tobacco Damages afd as also the Sume of Three hundred
   and three pounds of Tobacco Cost as afd mentioned which in the whole
   Amounts unto the Sume of Seven hundred Ninety Seven pounds of~
   Tobacco and that the Said Plt. Thomas Taylor have thereof Execution
   against the afd Deft Robert Maxwell. as also for the Sume of Three
   hundred and twenty two pounds of Tobacco Cost By the afd Plt Expended
   on the afd writ of Siri facias and by the Court here of his assent adjudged
   &ca.

   ing Between Renatus Smith of Queen Ans County Gent~. Plt. and John~
   Cockram of Kent County Planter alis Dics Jno Cockram of Kent County Planter
   Deft the Said Plt. recovered Judgment against the Said John Cockram-
   as well for the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco Certain Debt
