   313                               March Court : 1717
   the Justices of our Said Court at the day and place afd hereof you are
   not to faile at your prill And have you then and there the names of
   the persons before whom you Shall make the Same known and this
   writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gentn chiefe Justice of our Said Court
   this twenty third day of November in the Second Year of our Dominion
   &ca. Annoqe Domini   1717    TBowne pr Querr   Jams Smith Clk
   Att which Said next Court vizt. The Eighteenth day of March the
   Same Year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon~
   Wilmer Gentn high Sherf. of Said County and made return thereof in
   these words thereon Endorsed as folls viz Nihill pr S:Wilmer Sherf
   and now at this Court came the afd Plt. by his attry afd and prayd
   that Judgment on the Siri facias afd may be entered if no cause
   Shewn to the Contrary And no person coming into Shew why Execution
   Should not Issue on the Same by which the Plt might Still remain
   undefended ===    Therefore it is Considered by the Court here
   vizt. this Twentieth day of March Anno Domini One Thousand
   Seven hundred and Seventeen That for the afd Sume of ffive—
   hundred pounds of Tobacco Debt in the Siri facias afd as also the Sume
   of Three hundred fifty two pounds of Tobacco Cost in the Same as afd ——
   mentioned which in the whole amounts unto the Sume of Eight~
   hundred fifty two pounds of Tobacco And that the afd Plt Renatus
   Smith have thereof Execution against the Said Deft John Cockram
   as also for the Sume of Two hundred Sixty One pounds of Tobacco
   Cost by the afd Plt about prosecuting the Said writ of Siri facias and by
   the Court here of his assent adjudged &ca

that you take the body of James Meeks of~.
   Kent County Planter if he Shall be found in your Bailywick and him
   Safe keep So that you have his body before the Justices of our next~
   County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in~
   Said County to Satisfie unto Owne Macgrauh as well the Sume of —
   Twelve hundred pounds of Tobacco Damages by the afd Plt. Recovered
   against the Said Deft. before the Justices of our Said Court on the Twenty
   Second day of March last whereof he was Convict as appears upon Record .
   as also the Sume of Six hundred fifty one pounds of Tobacco Cost of~
   Sute as also together with the Sume of fforty Six pounds of Tobacco
