   Recognizance for his appearance to next Court as an Evide on his .
   Lord Ships behalfe The Same Edward Williams Comes into Court
   and acknowledges himselfe indebted to his Lord Ship his heires &
   Successors in the full & Just Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg to be Leveyed
   on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that-
   if he do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be
   held for said county to give his evidence on his Lord Ship behalfe
   against the afd John Jones wherewith he acknowledges himselfe —
