   Sherf with the afd Tabitha and returnd his precept as folls vizt in all things
   Served & Executed   pr   Wm Ffrisby Sherf —
   ordered by the Court here vizt. the Same day last mentioned that the afd Tabi:
  [:]tha Tanner at the Expiration of her time Serve her Master William Dicas
   Six months for trouble charge losse time in lying Inn And disgrace of his
   house ——
    ordered by the Court here that the Master of the afd Tabitha Tanner
   at the Expiration of her time be delivered up to the Court or Sherf &ca.
    Pettit Jury discharged ——
   Lord Ship  | upon Suggestion of felony for taking Some hoggs of —
           at | a certain Joseph Weldon—
   John Jones | ordered by the Court here that the Said John give good
  ~~~~~~~~~~ | Securety for his appearance to next Court to Answer the Same &
   good behaviour in the mean while on which the Same John Jones comes
   into Court and acknowledges himselfe indebted to his Lord Ship his heires -
   & Successors in the full & Just Sume of Twenty pounds Streling to be Leveyed
   on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements conditionally that if he
   do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for
   Said County to Answer unto all Such things as Should be objected agst.
   him on his Lord Ships behalfe and in the mean time to be of good
   behaviour wherewith   he acknowledges himselfe to be Content~
   Likewise Came into Court John Clayton & John Mackey both of this Coty
   and acknowledges themselves Indebted to his Lord Ship his heires & Successors
   in the full & Just Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg Each to be Leveyed on their
   goods and chattells Lands & Tenements conditionally that if the afd
   John Jones Shall not make his personall appearance at the next~
   Court to Answer as afd and that in the mean time he is to be of
   good behaviour wherewith they acknowledge themselves to be Content
   ordered by the Court here that Joseph Wheeldon   Enter into Recognizae.
   as prosecutor agst. the afd John Jones ——
   The afd Joseph Wheeldon comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe
   indebted to his Lord Ship his heires & Successors in the full & Just Sume of —
   Twenty pounds Sterlg. to be Leveyed on his goods & Chattells Lands &
   Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appeare.
   at the next Court to be held for Said County to Prosecute on his Lord Ships
   behalfe against the afd John Jones wherewith   he acknowledges .
