   George Sanders comes into Court and Saith that he Cannott gainsay but—
   that. he hath in his hands the Sume of Twelve hundred pounds of Tobacco
   the Credits of the afd John Moore and is willing that the afd Plt Should
   have Execution of the Same in his hands : Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here vizt. this Twentieth day of March Annoque Domini -
   one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen That the afd Plt~—
   William Frisby have Execution of the afd Twelve hundred pounds
   of Tobacco in the hands of the afd George Sanders as the Rights &
   Credits of the afd Deft John Moore &ca. And that the afd Plt —
   Enter Security. before Execution Issue that if the afd Deft Shall come
   in And appear to the orriginall Accõn either by himselfe or his
   attry in A year and a day and make it appear that the Said Plt
   is Satisfied his debt afd or otherwise Shall discompt any part—
   thereof that then the Said Plt Shall make restitution of the
   afd Twelve hundred pounds of Tobacco or the value thereof

      Also on the afd Attachmt. was returnd that there was Attached in
   the hands of a Certain Isaac England ye Sume of Seven hundred
   poundsTobo^as the Creditts of the afd Deft-. &ca. on which the afd Isaac
   England as Garnishe of the afd Deft : by John Johnson his attry
   appeared to the afd Attachmt~. this Court after which he puts in
   a Plea to the Same and thereupon the Same is Continued ——

you that you Attach any the Goods Chattells
   Rights or Creditts of Robert Clay late of Kent County Mariner if they
   Shall be found in your Bailywick to the value of Sixteen pounds
   Sterling money of great Brittaine and Seven hundred pounds of
   Tobacco and when you have the Same So attached or any part~
   thereof the Same in your Custody keep So that you have the Same
   before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court~
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third —
   Tuesday in March next then and there to be Condemned According
