     291                                    March Court 1717
   County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County.
   on the third Tuesday in March next then and there to be Condemned —
   According to Act of Assembly to and for the use of a Certain William—
   Frisby in a plea that he render to him the full and just Sume of Nine
   pounds five Shillings Currant money of this Province which to him he
   owesth and form him he unjustly detains &ca. According to Law and.
   that by good and Lawfull men of your Bailywick you make known
   unto the Person or persons in whose hands you make the Same .
   Attachment that he She or they be and appear before the Justices .
   of our Said Court to be held as afd to Shew cause if any he She or they
   have why the Same Goods Chattells rights or Credits So attached in
   his her or there hands ought not to be Condemned According to Law
   if to him her or them it Shall Seem meet And how you Shall Execute
   this writ that you make known unto our Said Justices at the day &
   place afd And have you then and there this writt Witness Nath.l
   Hynson Gent chiefe Justice of our Said Court this 23d day of Novembr.
   in the Second year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domi 1717

   Att which Said next Court vizt. The Eighteenth day of March the Same
   year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon—
   Wilmer Gent~. high Sherf. of Said County and made return Thereof.
   in these words thereon endorsed as folls viz By vertue of the within
   writ to me directed I Certifie to the Justices within mentioned that I
   have attached of the Goods and Chattells & Creditts of the within—
   named John Moore the Sume of Twelve hundred pounds of Merchant:
  :able Tobacco of the value of Twelve pounds Sterling money in the
   hands of George Sanders and have the Same here ready to be—
   Condemned According to Law to the use of the within named William
   Frisby And have made known to the Said George Sanders before
   Michael Hackett and Samuel Bostick Good and Lawfull men of my
   Bailywick that he be and appear at the time and place within—
   mentioned to Shew cause if any he have why Condemnation of the
   Same Should not be Condemned According to Law as the within writ~.

   And now at this Court came the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his -
   Attorney And prayd Condemnation of the afd Twelve hundred pounds .
   of Tobacco as the Credits of the afd John Moore in the hands of the .
   afd George Sanders to and for the use of the afd Plt. on which proclama:
  :tion is made that the Said George Sanders come in and appear and
   Shew cause if any he have why the afd Twelve hundred pounds
   of Tobacco Should not be Condemned as afd on which the afd George
