      William Woodland appointed oversear of the Roads between Worton
      and Ffarlo Creeks in Room of Mr Marmaduke Tilden——
      Michael Howard Esqr. having an abstract of the penall Laws of the Court
      to allow him for the Same at Novber Court in the Levey as he hath
      had of other Countys before

                     This Court makes the follg Rule which is to be
      observed & keept by the officers of the Same vizt.
                     That the officers of this Court observe the times of the Sittings
      of the Courts in this County Court and give their Attendance accordingly
      to the Severall hours appointed and on failour thereof to be find at
      the discretion of the Court not Exceeding five hundred pounds of Tobo-
   William Frisby . | Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietarie

                  at | Lord Baron of Baltemore &ca To the Sherf
   John Moore Weavr | of Kent County greeting wee Command yo.

Rights or Credits of John Moore of Kent~
   County Weaver alis Dics Jno. Moore of Sd County wevr. if they Shall be found
   in your Bailywick to ye value of Nine pounds five Shillings Current~
   money of this Province and Six hundred pounds of Tobacco and when
   you have the Same So attached or any part thereof the Same in yor.
   Custody keep So that y.o have them before the Justices of our next~.
