   John Brown appointed Cunstble of upper South Sassafras hundred in
        the room of George Sanders. And takes the Oath of Allegiance and.
    Supremacy the Oath of abjuration and also the Oath of a Cunstable And

   this Cort. put to Danl. Flinn of this County and to be alld. for keeping him till
   November Court at the rate of one hundred pounds of Tobo. pr month wch. the
   Said Daniel agrees to ——————————
    The Grand jury returns & delivers a presentment against Ann Bryan—
   for Commiting fornication and thereby was delivered^ofa base born Child ——
   Grand jury discharged and allowed five hundred pds of Tob.o at Wm Glanvills
   the Same to allowed him in ye Levey at Novbr. Court~ ——
   Mr. William Frisby having commencd his Accon agst. one James Wilcocks of
   this County and being in the Custody of the Sherf of Said County for want of Special
   baile he being a person that is very Ancient and not able to maintain himselfe
   & family This Court takes the Same into Consideration and offers the said Wm~
   Frisby the payment of his Damages in his Accon agst. the Same & Cost thereon
   in ye next Levey being in all Eight hundred forty three pounds of Tobo. wch. he
   Accepts. and Saith that he will Acknowledge Satisfacion of the Accon
   afd & Cost thereon when the Judgm.t Entered —
