   ordered by the Court here that the afd Mary Lavender at the Expiration of her
   time of Service be delivered up to the Court by her Master in order to be
   disposed of for ye use of the County for Seven Years Service and the Charge
   the County payd for her —————

   &ca. as also Signes the Oath of abjuration & Test ——
        Court adjourns till tomorrow morning Eight Clock

   Mr. John March & Mr. Samuel Wickes they take their places & Sitts on ye bench

   This Court proceeds to lay the County Levey as by the Record book
   for ye Same may fully appeare &ca.
    Colo Edward Scott takes his place and Sitts on the bench
   Mr William Frisby is appointed oversear to clear a new road from
    Mr Thomas Bownes to Nicholas Poores —
    Laughlin Flinn to be allowed in ye next Levey the Sume of—
   two Thousand five hundred pounds of Tobacco for keeping fferry .
   for this County the Ensuing Year
   William Rodney | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
          —— | nineteenth day of November in the Second Year of~
             at | his Lordships Dominion &ca. That he take William
   William Forbush | Forbush of Kent County Planter alis Dics William—

Forbus of the County Kent on Deltwr if he should be


found in his Bailywick and him safe keep So that~
   he have his body before his Said Lordships Justices in Court Judicially Sitting
   and held at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County to Answer unto.
   William Rodnney of a plea that he render him the full and Just Summe
   of Eleven pounds good Currant money of America which to him he owes and
   from him he unjustly detains &ca and that he have then and there the Said.
   writ &ca. . .   Att which Said Court vizt. the Same day last mentioned came
   Simon Wilmer Gent~ high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these
   words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr S:Wilmer Sherf.
   Mr Thomas Bowne attry of Said Plt~. Saith the Plt is a person that doth not live
   in the County prays that he be his Security to pay Cost if he Should be cast in the.
   Accon afd which wsa granted and the Said Thomas Bowne Came into Court~.
   and Saith that he will pay the Cost in the Accõn afd to the Det afd if the Plt.
   Should be Cast in the Same and pay it not himselfe
   and the afd Deft~ being called Came and the afd Plt by his afd attry prays that
