   deliver the Said Margret Murrough to the Court or Sherf So that She may —

of Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and —
   Seventeen and at divers other times in the afd Year at the Parish afd in the County
   afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court the fear of God before her eyes not having
   did Committ fornication with a Certain Negro man his name to the Jurors un-
  :known and there did Suffer herselfe to be begott with a Molatto Child agst.
   the peace of the Said Ld Proprietarie his rule and dignity and the forme of an~
   Act~ of Assembly of this province now in force in Such Case made and ——
   provided &ca.                                               JJohnson pr Ld Propr—
    on the back of the preceeding indictment was Endorsed as folls vizt. True
   bill pr     John Evans foreman——
    And the afd Mary Lavender being called came and in her proper person apprd.
   to the afd Indictment~   And Saith that She Cannot gainsay but that She is —
   guilty of Committing fornication with a negro man and Submits herselfe~
   to the Court on the Indictment afd: Therefore it is Considered by the Court~.
   here viz This Twenty Second day of November Anno Domini One Thousand
   Seven hundred and Seventeen That the afd Mary Levender Serve this County
   Seven Years Att the Expiration of her time of Service for Committing the afd
   offence of ffornication with a negro man according to Act of Assembly in~
   Such Case made and provided and also pay the Sume of Two hundred and
   Twenty pounds of Tobacco Cost accrewing on the premises afd to the officers of~
   this Court~.
   Ordered by the Court here that the afd Mary Lavender Serve Six months to
   her afd Master William Glanvill for trouble disgrace of his house Loos of
   time and charge in bringing her to bed which Said Six months is to be Served
   at the Expiration of the afd Marys now time of Service
   ordered by the Court here that the afd William Glanvill have allowed him
   in the Levey this Court three hundred pounds of Tobacco for keeping the Mollatoe
   Child was last deivered of the afd Mary Lavender in his Service
   ordered by the Court here that the Said Mollatoe Child be Sold to any person~
   that will make purchase of the Same untill the Said Child Shall arrive at~
   the age of thirty one Years
     On which William Glanvill afd comes into Court and Saith that he~
   will give the afd three hundred pounds of Tobacco the Court allowed him
   for keeping the Said Mollattoe Child which the Court accepts of And the afd
   Child to Serve the afd William Glanvill untill the Said Mollattoe -
   Shall arrive at the age of thirty one Years the Said Mollattoe being
   now about three months old
