    Yesterdays minutes read and approved ——

   Seven hundred and Twenty pounds of Tobacco allowed this .
   County for a bote in the Publick Levey . The Same Tobo is by .
   this Court ordered to be Equally divided Between James Harris Esqr-
   and Col Nathaniel Hynson and that the Sherf pay Each three
   hundred and Sixty pounds of Tobacco which makes up the afd —
   Sume of Seven hundred and Twenty pounds of Tobacco ——
   His Lordship - | The afd. James Smith being Committed into ye Custody of
           at | the Sherf of Sd County by Mr John March one of his
   James Smith Servt. | Lord Ships Justices for Sd County for his appearace to
   to Francis Collins — | This Court And now at this Court the afd James in
   ————————
his proper person appears ordered by the Court~.
   here that he be discharged from the Sd Committment~ This Court here
   discharges the Said James Smith from the Said Committment~
   The Grand Jury having presented the Said James Smith for feloniously
   taking & bearing away the Sume of Thirty Shills. Currant money the goods
   of John Lux . which presented was framed into a bill of Indictment by -
   John Johnson Clarke of the Indictmts. which folls vizt. Maryland Kent~ -
   County Ss . . The Jurors for the Hon.ble Lord propie. & the body of Kent County on~
   their oath do present that James Smith late of Shrewsbury parish in the .
   County afd Labourer the first day of August in the Year of our Lord one—
   [Thous]and Seven hundred and Seventeen at the parish County afd & within ye
   [Jurisdici]õn of this Court by force & armes a certain Charles Hill of the Said
   p[arish] & County maliciously & feloniously did execte [?] perswade & procure
   and [in?] the house of a certain John Lux then and there feloniously to —
   Steal [illegible] & bear away the Sume of thirty Shillings Currant money of~
   America the goods & Chattells of the Said John Lux and after the Said delony
   com[mitted] the Said Sume of thirty Shillings did take and receive of~
   the [Said] Charles Hill against the peace of our Lord proprietor his rule
