   and Acknowledges himselfe as Special baile in the afd Accon and doth .
   undertake the payment of the Damages in the Accon afd and Cost~
   thereon accruing if in case the afd Plt Shall obtain Judgment against~
   the Said Deft~ in the Said Accon of Trespass on y^e Case and the Said
   Deft~ the Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the.
   Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that the afd George—
   Gleaves Junior the body of the afd William Forbush Shall not render
   &c^a. . And. the afd Deft~ in his proper person appeared to the above
   accõn and prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to answer at~
   next Court which is granted the Same day is given the Plt. also —

Peter Walker	\|	Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County -
a^t	\|	the Twentieth day of June in the Second Year of
Peter Green	\|	the Dominion of his now Lordships &c^a. That he take
~~~~~~~~~		Peter Green of Kent County afd Planter if he Shold be-

   found in his Bailywick and him safe keep So that he have his body -
   before his Said Lordships Justices of the next Court to be held at our
   Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Peter
   Walker of a plea of Trespass upon the Case and that he have then and there
   the Said writ &c^a. Att which Said next Court viz^t. The Twentieth day of Aug^st.
   the Same Year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came Simon
   Wilmer Gent- high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these
   words thereon Endorsed as foll^s viz^t. Cepi Corpus p^r SWilmer Sher^f.
    Att which Said Court last mentioned The Said Deft in his proper person
   appeared to the above Accõn and prayd liberty thereof to imparle [ther]eto
   and to Answer at next Court which was granted the Same day [w]as
