   to the afd Accon which was granted and that he be kept in Safe
   Custody by the Sherf of Said County untill he Shall give Special Baile
   as afd
   After which comes into Court George Hastins of Said County and
   Acknowledges himselfe as Specail baile in the afd Accõn and doth
   undertake the payment of the Debt afd and Cost thereon accrueing
   if in case the Said Plt Shall obtaine Judgment against the
   Said Deft~ In the afd Accõn and the Condemnation Shall not~
   Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County —
   deliver or that the afd George Hastins the body of the afd Thos.
   Hattenpenny Shall not render &ca.
   And the afd Deft. in his proper person appears to the afd Accõn and
   prays liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to answer at next~
   Court which was granted the Same day was given the Plt in like
   manner &ca —————
   Thomas Wallace | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent~.
          at | County the nineteenth day of November in—
   William Furbush | the Second Year of his Lordships Dominion &ca.

That he take Willm Forbush late of Kent County.
   planter if he Should be found in his Bailywick & him safe keep So.
   that he have his body before his said Lordships JusticesIn Court~.
   Judicially Sitting in the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said —
   County to Answer unto Thomas Wallace of a plea of Trespass on ye Case
   and that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.   Att which Said
   Court vizt. the Same day last mentioned came Simon Wilmer Gent high—
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon—
   Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr S:Wilmer Sherf -
   Plt not being an Inhabitant in this County the Same Plt by John Johnson~
   his attry prays that he may be admitted Admitted as Surety for Cost in the afd
   accõn which was granted on which the Said John Johnson acknowledges
   himselfe as Securety for the afd Plt in the afd Accõn that is to Say if the Deft
   Shall appear to the afd Accõn and Cast the Plt in the Same that then he will pay
   the Cost to the afd Deft~ if the Plt pay it not himselfe
   And the Said Deft. being called came and the Said Plt. by his attry afd .
   makes oath that in the afd Accon he will declare against the Said Deft~
   for more then thirty Six Shillings Currant money. And prays that the
   Said Deft may give Speciall baile in the afd Accõn which was granted
   and that he be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of Said County untill he
   Shall give Speciall baile as afd
   After which George Gleaves Junr. of Said County here in Court cometh
