   John Moore for the afd Sume of Nine pounds five Shillings —
   Currant money Debt afd and also the Sume of Three hundred—
   thirty four pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt. in this behalfe

   if he Should be found in his Bailwyick and him Safe keep So that he
   have his body before his Said Lordships Justices of the next Court to be -
   held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer
   unto Rob^t. Ungle of a plea of Trespass upon y^e Case and that he have
   then and there the Said writ &c^a. . . Att which Said next Court viz^t.
   the nineteenth day of November the Year afd the day of return of
   Said writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent- high Sherf of Said County &
   made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as foll^s viz^t
