   William Frisby | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent~
           at | County the Twenty Second day of August in the
   John Moore | Second Year of his Lordships Dominion &ca.

That he take John Moore of Kent County Weaver
   alis Dics Jno. Moore of Sd County Wevr. if he Should be found in his —
   Bailywick and him safe keep So that he have his body before his
   Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court~.
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto
   William Frisby of a plea that he render to him ye full & Just Sum.
   of Nine pounds five Shills Currant money of this Province which to
   him he owes & from him he unjustly detains &ca. . . And that he
   have then and there the Said writ &ca. . . Att which Said next~
   Court vizt. the nineteenth day of November the Same Year afd
   the day of Return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent- high
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words
   thereon Endorsed as folls viz Non Est Inventus pr S:Wilmer Sherf
   And a Decln being fild when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy
   thereof left at the last place of the Defts abode according to Act~
   of Assembly in Such Case made was as folls vizt.
   Kent County } Sst Jno Moore of Kent County Weaver alis. dics. Jno Moore
   Maryland   -   } of Sd County Wevr. was Summoned to Answer unto William

Frisby of a plea that he render to him the full & Just Sum

of nine pounds five Shills. Currant money of this Province

which to him he owes & from him he Unjustly detains &ca
   And whereupon the aforesd Pltf by Thomas Bowne his Attorney Saith-
   that whereas the aforesd Defendt. the fourteenth day of May in the Year
   of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen att St Pauls
   Parish in Kent County aforesd within the Jurisdiction of this Court by his
   certain writing Obligatory which he the Sd Defendt. Sealed with his Seal
   and as his deed delivered hereinto Court brought the date whereof is the
   Same day and year aforesd bound himself his Heirs Execrs & Adminrs to pay or
   Cause to be paid to the Said Pltf by the Name of William Frisby of Sd County
   Sheriff the aforesd full and Just Summ of nine pounds five Shill: Curt. money
   of this province att or upon the tenth day of August next ensueing the date of
   the aforesd writing Obligatory   Yett the aforesd Defendt. altho; often required
   the aforesd nine pounds five Shills. Currant money to ye Sd Pltf hath not paid
   but that to him to render or pay or Cause to be paid the Sd Defendt. hitherto
   hath denyed and yett doth deny and Unjustly detain to the damage of the Sd
   Pltf ten pounds Currant money aforesd & thereupon he brings Sute &c

   And now at the Said Court came the afd Plt by his afd Attry and prayd
   Judgment for an Attachment against the goods and Chattels rights &
   Credits of the afd John Moore for the Sume afd and Cast thereon accrew:
