   Nathl Ricketts | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
           at | the Twenty Second day of August in the Second
   Vivian Beck . | Year of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca That he
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | take Vivian Beck of Kent County Planter if
   he Shall be found in his Bailywick and him Safe keep So that he have
   his body before his Said Lordships Justices of the next Court to be held
   at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer
   unto Nathaniel Rickets of a plea of Trespass upon the Case And that~
   he have then and there the Said writ &ca.   Att which Said next
   Court vizt. the nineteenth day of November the Same Year last~
   mentioned the day of Return of Said writ Came Simon Wilmer
   Gent high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in—
   these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr SWilmer Sh[f]
   And now at the Said Court Came the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne
   his attry and the Said Deft being called came and the Said Plt
   by his Said attry prayd the Deft might give Special baile to ye
   afd Accon which was granted
   on which came into Court Robert Meeks and Darby Shehaun~
   both of Said County and they and each of them Acknowledged -
   themselves as Special baile in the afd Accon and joyntly
   and Severally took upon themselves the payment of the
   Damages on the Accõn afd and Cost thereon accrueing if in~
   Case the afd Plt. Should obtaine Judgment against the Said
   Deft~ in the Said Accon of Trespass of the Case and the Said —
   Deft the Condemnation Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the
   Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that they the Said
   Robert Meeks and Darby Shehaun or either of them the body of
   the Said Deft Shall not render &ca
   After which the Said Deft~ by John Johnson his attry appears
   to the afd Accon And prays liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to
   Answer at next Court which is granted the Same day is given the
   Plt. in like manner—   —————
   James Buchanan- | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent
             at | County the Twenty Second day of August~
   Thomas Jones - | in the Second Year of his Lord Ships Dominion
   ———————— | &ca. That he take Thomas Jones of Kent~
   County Planter if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him
   Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Lordships —
