26 June Court 1716 Mr. Michael Miller takes his place and Sitts on the bench John Hearn ( Son of Darby Hearn late of Said County decd.) bound by the Indenture to Philip Jones till he arrives at the age of twenty one~ yeares and to learn the afd apprentis to read writ and cypher as far as division (the last rule to be Inclusive) and to learn him the trade of a Taylor and at the expiration to give the Said apprentis one Suite of - Cloaths &ca. the Said apprentis is fourteen year sold the Seventeenth day - of next Febry . the Jurisdiciõn of this Court & at divers^otherdays & times as well before as after the fear of God before her Eyes not having did commit fornication with a certain man unknown to the high displeasure of Almighty God to the evill example of others & against the peace &ca. & against the form of an Act~ of Assembly of this province &ca Johnson pr Dne Prpritor on the back of the proceeding bill was endorsed as folls vizt Billa vera . pr Simon Wilmer foreman Thereupon Command was given to the Cunstable of Eastern Neck hundred in Kent County the twenty fourth day of March in the first year of his Lord Ships dominion &ca that he take Margret Murrough late of Eastern neck hundred Spinster if She Should be found in the next Justice of his Said Lord Ship for Said County and before the Same Justice to enter into Recognizance with Such Sureties as the Same Justice Shall think fitt. for her personall appearance before the Justices . of our next County Court to be held at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto a certain Bill of Indictment~ found against her |
