   whole amounts to the Sume of Two Thousand Three hundred and Seventy
   and Seven pounds of Tobacco and also the Sume of Three hundred
   and Twenty Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost Expended on the afd Siri—
   facias to Satisfie unto the afd Plt. as by the afd writ of Sciri facias
   is Contained have thereof Execution against the Said Deft—

   Morgan Brown | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent.
             at | County the twenty Second day of August in the
   Kinven Wroth — | Second Year of his Lordships Dominion &ca.

That he take Kineman Wroth of Kent County in
   ye Province of Maryland Planter alis Dics Kinven Wroth of Queen Ann
   County and Provenc aforesaid Planter if he Should be found in his -
   Bailiwick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before
   his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Morgan
   Brown of Kent County and Provenc afd Carpender of a plea that the
   render to him the full and just Sum of five hundred pounds of good
   Sound Marnachable lef Tobacca free from ground lefes and trash with
   good well Seasoned Cask of the value & price of four pounds Sterling -
   money which from him he unjustly detains &ca. And that he have
   then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt
   the nineteenth day of November the Same Year last mentioned
   the day of Return of Said writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent~. high
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon
   Endorsed as folls vizt Cepi Corpus pr S.Wilmer Sherf   And A Decln —
   being filed when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy thereof Served
   therewith According to Act of Assembly in Such case made which
   was as folls vizt Kent County Ss Kineman Wroth of Kent County in ye Pro:
  :vince of Maryland Planter alis Dics Kinven Wroth of Queen Ann County
   and Provenc aforesaid planter was Summoned to Answer Morgan~
   Brown of Kent County and Provenc aforesd Carpender of a plea that he
   render to him the full and Just Sum of five hundred pounds of good
   Sound Marnachable lef Tobaccow free from grown lefes and Trash—
   with good well Seasoned Cask of the value & price of four pounds —

   And whereupon the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attry Saith—
