    255                                   Novbr. Court 1717
   Seventy Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite and for that Satisfacion have
   not thereupon Yeth been made Wee Therefore Comd. you that by good &
   Lawfull men of your Bailywick you make known unto the Said Thomas
   Pindergrass that he be and appear before the Justices of our next County .
   Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said .
   County on the third Tuesday in November next to Shew cause if any
   he have why Execution Should not Issue forth against him for the
   debt & Cost in the Judgment afd Specified and how you Shall Execute
   this writ that y.o make known unto ye. Justices of our Said Court~.
   at the day and place afd hereof you are not to faile at your prill
   and have y.o then and there ye names of the persons before —
   whom y.o Shall make ye Same known & this writ witness
   Nathaniel Hynson Gent chiefe Jsutice of our Said Court this 22d.
   day of August in y.e third Year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domi.

   Att which Said next Court vizt. the nineteenth day of November ye .
   Same Year last mentioned the day of Return of Said writ came .
   Simon Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Said County and made return
   thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. . To the Justices
   within mentioned By vertue of ye within writ of Scire facias -
   to me directed I do certifie yt. I have made known to ye. within—
   named Thomas Pindergrass that he be and appear at the day &
   place within mentioned to Shew cause if any he hath why -
   Execution Should not go against him (before Wm. and John~
   Trew . two. good & Lawfull men of my Bailywick as within
   I am Commanded                 Simon Wilmer Shr Kent County -
   And Now at this Court Came the afd Deft and in his prper -
   person appeared to the afd Scri facias .
      And the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attry afd prayd
   that Judgment might be affirmed for Execution on the Judgmt.
   afd. the Deft Shewing no Cause to the Contrary Therefore
   it. is Considered by the Court here vizt. this Twenty first day of~.
   November Anno Domi One Thousand Seven hundred and -
   Seventeen That Execution Issue forth against the Said Deft~ for
   the afd Sume of two Thousand pounds of Tobo the Debt in ye .
   Judgment afd and also the Sume of Three hundred Seventy Seven~
   pounds of Tobacco Cost on the Same Judgment which in the
