   Judgment in the Said Accõn of the debt And the Said Deft. the Condemnation
   afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County
   deliver or that the Said Josias Lanham the body of the Said Deft Shall
   not render &c^a.
     After which the Said Deft in his proper person appeared to Said Accõn &.
   Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Accõn afd of him the Said Plt. nor but that~
   the writing obligatory above mentioned is his Act and deed and that he oweth
   unto the Said Plt. the afd Sume of ffive hundred pounds of Tobacco the debt~
   afd and is willing that Judgment Should be entered for the Same and Cost~
   thereon Accrueing: Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz.^t
   this Twenty first day of November Annoque Domini One Thousand Seven
   hundred and Seventeen That the afd Plt Charles Seth Recover against the-
   Said Deft. Murtough Mahony as well the afd Sume of ffive hundred —
   pounds of Tobacco the debt afd as also the Sume of Three hundred and fifteen
   pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt. about his Suite in this behalfe Expende[d]
   and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft~ in mercy &c^a-

John March	\|	Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
a^t	\|	Twenty Second day of August in the Second Year of-
Thomas Joce	\|	his Lordships Dominion &c^a. That he take Thomas Joce
~~~~~~~~~~		of Kent County Planter ali^s Dic^s Thomas Joce of Kent County in-

   y^e Province of Maryland if he Should be found in - his bailywick and
   him safe keep So that he have his body before the Justices of our next County
   Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to —
   Answer unto John March of a plea that he render him y^e. full and Just~.
   Sum and Quantity of Eleven hundred and forty pounds of good Sound -
   Merchantable Tobacco clear of all manner Trash and ground leaves and -
   Cask to contain y^e. Same of y^e. price and value of Six pounds Sterling -
   money w.^ch from him he unjustly detains &c^a. And that he have
