   at the next County Court to be field at our Court house in the Town of Chester in
   Said County on the third Tuesday in March next and in the meane time to be
   of good behaviour to all his Lordships good people and Especially to Col.
   Nathaniel Hynson and his family wherewith he acknowledges himselfe
   to be therewith Content
   Likewise Daniel Flinn and Benjamin Giffiths both of this
   County in there proper persons comes into Court and acknowledges them:
  :selves indebted to his Lordship his heires and Successors in the full and just-
   Sume of Tenn pounds Sterling each to be Leveyed on there Lands and
   Tenements goods and Chattells Conditionally that if the afd Cornelius
   Dee Shall not make his personall appearance at the next County .
   Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County
   on the third Tuesday in March next and in ye mean time he is to be
   of good behaviour to all his Lordships good people and Especially to
   Col Nathaniel Hynson and his family wherewith they ——
   acknowledge themselves to be therewith Content~

   Michael Hackett appointed by this Court Guardian
   to Isaac Bowles Son of Isaac Bowles late of Said County decd.

   Dics Murtough Mahony of Queen Anns County if he Should be found in his
   baylwick and him safe keep So that he have his body before the Justices
   of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester
   in Said County to Answer unto Charles Seth of Queen Ann’s County of a plea
   that he render un him the full and just Summe of Ffive hundred pounds of
   good Sound Merchantable Leafe Tobacco in Cask to Contain the Same of -
   the price and value of Ffifty Shillings Sterling money which from him
   he detains. and that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.
