   247                           Novbr. Court 1717
   Mary Lavender for having a Child by a Negro
   Margret Murrough for Committing fornication &ca.

   Recognizance John Lux for appce. to this Court and in his proper
   person appears ordered by this Court that the Same Recognize be -
   discharged
   John Lux afd his Recognizance taken by Mr. John March one of
   his Lordships Justices of the peace for Said County . August ye 28th. last
   in ye Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg &ca. The Same Recognizance is by-
   this Court here discharged
    Col Nathl Hynson takes his place and Sitts on the bench
   The Grand Jury returns againe to the barr being called over
   appears and Delivers to this Court an other Indictment against
   Joseph Milby for Comitting a breach in his office as Cunstable
   The Grand Jury discharged and allowed five hundred pounds of Tobo.
   which Mr. John Evans to Credit the Same and to be allowed in ye
   Levy ye afd Sume ——
   William Woodland appointed Cunstable Worton hundred and Sworn [to?]
   & Signes ye oth of abjuration & Test~
   Mr Simon Wilmer high Sherf Said County delivers a Mittimus from
   Mr Michl. Miller one of his Lordships Justices of ye peace for Sd
   County agst. a certain Cornelius Dee. for his good behaviour & ap:
   pearance to this Court the Said Cornelius in his proper person appears
   to Same ordered that he be discharged there from-
   Cornelius Dee afd being Committed as afd and to be of good behaviour
   to all &ca. and Espeically to Col Nathl Hynson & his family. And now.
   at this Court the Same Court here discharges the Said Cornelius from~
   the Said Mittimus
   ordered by this Court here that the Said Cornelius Dee enter into .
   Recognizance^with Suretiesfor his appearance to next Court and good behaviour
   to all his Lordships good people and Especially to Col Nathaniel Hynson~
   and his family —
   Cornelius Dee Comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe Indebted to
   his Lordship his heires and Successors in the Sume of Twenty pounds.
   Sterling to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements.
   Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance
