   Mathias Day appointed oversear the Main Roads vizt. from the Wolf
   trap branch to Thomas Windalls from Edward Mecans to the Church-

   Mr. Marmaduke Tilden takes his place and Sitts on the bench
   Benjamin Parsons. bound by Indenture to Mr Gilbert Falconar till
   arrives to ye Age Twenty one Years wch. Indenture was Seald Signed and
   Acknowledged in open Court~
   Joseph Parson bound by Indenture to Jonathan Page till arrives
   to ye. age Twenty one Years which Indenture was Sealed Signed delivrd &
   Acknowledged in open Court~ ———
   Nichs Parsons bound by Indenture to his borther Samuel Parsons
   till arrives at ye age Twenty one Years which Indenture was Sealed Signed
   Delivered and Acknowledged in open Court~
     Abigall Parsons bound by Indenture to her brother Samuel Parsons
   till arrives at ye age of Sixteen Years or day of Marriage which Shall—
   first happen which Indenture was Sealed Signed delivered and Acknowledg[:]

     The afd Saml. Parsons not Living in this County enters into bound with
   Michl Hacket and Oliver Palmer his Sureties for the true performance
   of the afd Indentures to the afd Nichl Parsons and Abigall Parsons.
   Mr. Saml Wickes takes his place & Sitts on the bench
   Mr. John March takes his place & Sitts on the bench
   Christopher Bateman and Joan Halts both as Evides. Sworn &
   Sent to the Grand Jury ——
   Mr. John Johnson Clerk of the Indictmts. prays a Sums on his Lordships
   behalfe for Wm Graves of this County to Evid.e to ye Grand Jury which-
   was ordered and made out~ .
    The Grand Jury returns to the barr and being called over appear
   and delivers the bills of Indictmt. which folls vizt.
   Sarah Green for Committing fornication &ca.
   Mary King for Committing fornication &ca.
   Mary Sapington for Committing fornication &ca—
   Mary Hussey for Committing fornication &ca—
   George Strutton for Concealing a Taxable &ca.
