   Mr. John Johnson Clerk Indictmts. prays a Sums be made out Immediatly
   at the Sute of his Lordship against Elizs. Trew Mary Munk & Joan
   Halts as Evides. to be Sent to ye Grand Jury wch was granted and Accordingly
   done
   Mr Marmaduke Tilden takes his place & Sitts on ye bench ——
   Mr. Samuel Wickes takes his place & Sitts on ye bench
   Mr. Daniel Pearce proves an Accot. ag.st M.rs Mary Church the
   balle due to him four pounds Eighteen Shillings ———
   Mr Daniel Pearce proves an Accot. against Mr. William Pott for ye
   Sume of one hundred & Sixteen pounds of Tobo——
   John Burk as an Evide Sworn & Sent to ye Grand jury ——
   William Woodland as afd
   Mr. Gilbert Falconar of this County having under his Care Some
   Children of a Certain John Parsons & Agnis his wife late of Sd County
   decd. brings the Same to Court and the Court binds them out and
   the Sd Mr Falconar having been at charge in maintaining the Children~
   in Cloths & victualls the time he had them   this Court orders that those
   that takes them pay Mr. Gilbert Falconar his charges
   Jonathan Page of this County takes Joseph Parsons and assumes to .
   pay Mr. Gilbert Falconar the Sume of one hundred and fifty pounds of Tobo
   which is what he demands for his trouble & Charge about the afd Joseph
   Parsons .
   Samuel Parsons takes Nichs Parsons his brother and assumes to pay -
   Mr. Gilbert Falconar the Sume of Two hundred pounds of Tobacco which
   is what he demands for his trouble & Charge about the afd Nichs Parsons -
   M.r John Johnson Clerk of the Indictments prays that a Sums be made
   out to be returnable Immediately at the Sute of his Lordship for John
   Simkins to Evid.e to the Grand Jury which is made out~
    Charles Ringgold appointed over Sear the Road from Thomas Joces
   to the Narrow and over in to ye neck to the place and old Road Led
   formerly in the Room of Thomas Hynson——
      Court adjourns till tomorrow morning Eight Clock
   Novbr.                      Againe meets
