   Proclamation the Cunstables to appr. and go to the Grand Jury as .
   folls viz   Edward Beck jun.r of Langfords Lower hundred William Spearman
   of Lower South Sassafrax hundred John Brooks Cunstable Morgans
   Creek hundred Thomas Ringgold of Easter neck hundred George
   Sanders of Upper South Sassafras hundred Joseph Milby of Langfords
   bay upper hundred all appear and nothing to offer
    Edward Worrell of Chester hundred and Robert Meeks of
    Worton hundred appears and Sent to the Grand jury —
     Col Edward Scott takes his place and Setts on the bench
     Josiah Crouch as an Evidence Sworn & Sent to the Grand jury
        Court adjourns till Tomorrow morning Eight Clock

   Hattenpenny which is granted ——
   M.r John March takes his place & Sits on the bench
     Charles Hill- Entrd into Recoge. before Mr. John March one of
   his Lord Ships Justices for Said County for appearance to this Court And
   now at this Court in his proper person appears to the Same ordered
   by this Court that his Recognizance for his appearance and his Sureties -
   Recognizance also be discharged
    Charles Hill afd his Recog.ce taken as afd as also Francis Collins and
   John Dweyards in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterling each no prson
   Shewing any cause why the afd Recognizances for the appearance
   of the afd Charles Hill Should not be discharged This Court here —
   discharges the Same
