   the Sume of five hundred fifty Seven pounds of Tobo Debt by
   the Said Plt Recovered against the Said Deft before the .
   Justices of our Said Court the Twenty third day of March Instant~
   whereof he was Convict as appears upon Record as also the Sume
   of Three hundred and thirty one pounds of Tobacco Cost of~ .
   Suite as also together with the Sume of forty Six pounds of~
   Tobacco additionall Cost hereof faile not at your perill and .
   have you then & there this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson
   Gent chiefe Justice of our Said Court this 20th day of June in
   the third Year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domi 1717

   defends the force and injury &ca. And Saveing to themselves all &
   all manner of advantages and Exceptions as well to ye writ~.
