   entred for the Same and Cost thereon Accruing Therefore it is Con
  :sidered by the Court here vizt. This Twenty Second day of August
   Anno Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen—
   That the Said Plt~ Mathew Parker do recover against the Said
   Deft~ Robert Gray as well the afd Sume of Two pounds Currant
   money Debt as also the Sume of Three hundred and Seven—
   pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt about his Suite in this
   behalfe Expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged
   and the Said Deft in mercy
                                                                            Jams Smith Clk
    and the afd Plt Mathew Parker by Thomas Bowne his
   attorney came into Court and Saith that he hath Recd —
   of the afd Deft in full of the above Judgment the debt~
   and Cost in the Judgment afd being forty Shillings Currant~
   money as also the Sume of Three hundred and three pound[s]
   of Tobacco the Cost~ afd ————————

   unto Josiah Crouch Adm.r of all & Singular ye Rights & Credits which
   were of Anthony Knowlman late of Said County as well the
