   Yesterdays minutes read and approved ———
                                                                  in this County
      All persons that are to keep an ordinary ^ are required to
   come into Court and give Securety according to act of Assembly
   in Such Case made &ca —————
        on which comes into Court Susannah Edwards of this County
   and entered into Recognizance with to Sureties as folls vizt
     Susannah Edwards afd in Court in her proper person
   Acknowledges herselfe indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and -
   Successors in the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco for keeping
   a publick house of Entertainment or ordinary in this County As also
   the Same Acknowledges herself indebted to his Lord Ship afd in
   the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on her —
   goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if She
   doth entertain any freeman or loose person in her house above .
   twenty four hours unless Such person be Capable of giveing his voat for
   a deligate in ye Said County or be retaind by her as a Servant wherew.th
   She acknowledged her Selfe therew.th to be Content~ ——
    Edward Holman and Robert Ford both of this County as Sureties
   for the Said Susannah Edwards in Court and in there proper persons
   acknowledged themselves indebted to his Lord Ship his heires & Successors
   in the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco that if ye Said Susannah
   doth Not pay the Said Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco they
   will do it for her the Said Susannah’s keeping a publick house of —
   Entertainment~ or ordinary in this County   As Also the Same —
   acknowledges themselves indebted to his Said Lordship in the Sume of-
   twenty pounds Sterling to be leveyed on theire goods and Chattells —
   Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the Said Susannah doth
   entertain any freeman or Loose person in her house above —
