     Hugh Durborough | Commanded it was to the Sherf of
                    at | Kent County the Twenty Sixth day of——
     Thomas Hues - | November in the Second year of his Lord

Ships Dominion &ca. That he take Thomas
   Hues of Kent County Labourer if he Should be found in his Bailywick
   and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Lordships
   Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester
   in Said County to Answer unto Hugh Durborow of a plea of Trespass —
   upon the Case and that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. Att
   which Said next Court vizt. The nineteenth day of March the Same .
   year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby
   Gent high Sherrife of Said County and made return thereof in these words
   thereon endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr. Wm Ffrisby Shr.
           Att which Said Court the Said Deft being called came and the Said
   Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry and prayd the Said Deft might give
   Special baile to the above Accon which was granted after which-
   Mr. Michael Miller of Said County in Court came and Acknowledged him:
  :Self Special baile in the above Accõn and did undertake for the Said
   Deft the payment of the Damages and Cost if it Should happen that the
   Said Plt Should obtain Judgment against the Said Deft in the Said —
   accõn of Trespass upon the Case and the Said Deft the Condemnation-
   afd Should not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherrife of
   Said County deliver or that the Said Michael Miller the body of the Said
   Thomas Hues Should not render &ca.
     After which the Said Deft in his proper person appeared to the
   Said Accõn and prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to —
   answer at next Court which was granted the Same day was given the
   Plt also .   .
        Att which Said next Court vizt the Eighteenth day of June Anno
   Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen the Same Cause
   Standing for tryall Came the Said Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry
   and declared as folls viz Kent County Ss Thomas Hues of Kent County
   Labourer was attaiched to Answer unto Hugh Durborow of a plea
   of Trespass upon the Case And whereupon the afd Plt by Thomas—
   Bowne his attorney Saith that whereas the afd Deft ye nineteenth
   day of 7ber Anno Domini Seventeen hundred & thirteen at Dover
