    209                                       June Court 1717
   he oweth unto the afd Plt the afd Sume of three Thousand Eighty Six pounds
   of Tobacco and is willing that Judgment Should be entred for the Same and
   Cost accruing Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this Twentieth
   day of June Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen
   That the afd Plt. Philemon Lloyd Esq.r do recover against the Said Deft
   Richard Mason as well the afd Sume of Three Thousand Eighty Six pounds
   of Tobacco Debt as also the Sume of three hundred fifty two pounds of~
   Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt about his Suite in this behalfe Expended &
   by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft in mercy

Kent County greeting wee Command you that
   you take the body of Joseph Milbe of Kent County if he Shall be found
   in your Bailywick and him safe keep So that you have his body before
   before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house
   in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June next
   to Satisfie unto William Browne as well the Sume of Eight hundred
   and forty pounds of Tobacco Damages by the Said Plt Recovered —
   against the Said Deft~ before the Justices of our Said Court the Twenty
   Second day of November last whereof he is Convict as appears upon
   Record as also the Sume of ffifteen hundred twenty two pounds of~
   Tobacco Cost of Suite as also the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco -
   there this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent chiefe Justice of
   our Said Court this 23d day of March in the Second yeare of our Domion
   &ca. Anno Domini 1716 TBowne pr qr.
